An annual ICT Support agreement targeting organization requiring
fully resident outsourced support resources –based on customer’s
site. Global Knowledge assesses your needs of
required experience, product knowledge, certification, background,
and area of specialization to nominate the right candidates
for your approval. Global Knowledge is then fully in
charge of resident resources and act as second line of support for
them. Resident support services are usually required on annual
contract base.
