- Module 7 - Microsoft Lync 2010" - Meeting & Collaboration Experience
Day 3: will cover what is new in the IP phones, how to provide external user access and the most important part is how to provide high availability from the server perspective
- Module 8- Microsoft Lync 2010 - What is new in Devices?
- Module 9 - Microsoft Lync 2010- High Availability & Resiliency
- Module 10 – Edge server /Remote Access
Day 4: will cover how to integrate Lync with other PSTN

- Module 12 – Enterprise Voice
Day 5: the last day will cover part of the new features like response group, call park, and bandwidth control and optional part which is E911 support in Lync server
