The Cisco 360 Learning Program for CCIE Routing and Switching is designed with high potential network professionals in mind, it is a comprehensive, blended learning program designed to accelerate expert-level competency and provide the skills and training needed to prepare candidates for the rigorous CCIE Routing and Switching exam. This new CCIE 360 program takes CCIE preparation to a new level, using an educationally excellent method of collaborative learning practices to cater for a broad base of learners with different learning styles and educational preference. The Cisco 360 Concept is a six-stage pathway to success and utilizes a collaborative methodology, combining learning modules, and formative assessments to give learners the ability to customize their training and keep them informed of their absorption of the material as they progress through the various stages of the curriculum. The new Cisco 360 Learning Program for CCIE Routing and Switching delivers a complete, end-to-end learning environment driven by a Learning Management System (LMS) that offers unique tracking and assessment capabilities. The program includes pre-assessments to identify knowledge gaps, training modules to fill those gaps, lab scenarios to help develop hands-on skills, and practice exams to prepare for the actual certification exams.

  1. Assessment – A pre-assessment diagnostic exam benchmarking the delegates readiness for the program
  2. Planning – Using the pre-assessment feedback delegates are able to create a learning schedule tailored to their specific needs.
  3. Learning- Access to various learning mediums are available to ensure delegates achieve the maximum from the program ( ILT, E-Learning, Reference Materials, Mentoring, Practice Labs etc).
  4. Practice – Practice labs and graded assessments provide hands-on experience for the delegate to fine-tune his skills.
  5. Review – Using the output from the graded assessments delegates and their mentors can react quickly in identifying any areas of weakness or potential failure.
  6. Mastery - Using all the tools available the delegate should feel comfortable with the skills they have developed in preparation for the final lab exam

 

What does the program consist of?

The program consists of four core elements, Self-paced E-Learning, two Instructor Led Advanced Workshops, and Mentoring/Practice Labs.

Whilst it is recommended that all components of the program are followed, so that delegates can experience the full benefits of this unique program it is recognized that each individuals needs are different and therefore the core elements can be broken down further and purchased as individual components designed to meet the specific individuals needs.
