Operations Representative

Responsibilities may include:

  • Basic level reporting, processing transactions, sorting using electronic and performing other support operations functions as required. 
  • Maintains internal operational and ensures they meet Company standards. 
  • Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for external customers/clients.
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent email etiquette Skills
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Independent decision making skills

Desired Skills

  • MS Office skills.
  • Ability to multi task as needed.
  • Ability to meet the departments productivity standards
  • Arabic speaker, Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written skills.
